1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using CodeBoost, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These Terms govern your access to and use of all services offered by CodeBoost, including data bundles, airtime, gift cards, SMM services, and the marketplace.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. One person may not maintain more than one account.
3. Wallet & Payments
All wallet deposits are processed via Paystack. Funds added to your CodeBoost wallet are non-refundable except where a service fails to deliver. CodeBoost reserves the right to reverse suspicious transactions. Payouts and withdrawals are processed within 24–72 business hours.
4. SMM Services
SMM services (followers, likes, views) are delivered through our provider network. Delivery timelines vary by service. Some services include a refill guarantee — check the service description. CodeBoost is not responsible for social media platform policy changes that may affect delivered services.
5. Data Bundles & Airtime
Bundle and airtime purchases are processed instantly. Once a transaction is completed and the bundle/airtime is delivered, it cannot be reversed. Ensure you enter the correct recipient number before purchasing.
6. Gift Cards
Gift card codes are delivered digitally. Once a code is delivered to your account or email, it cannot be refunded. CodeBoost is not responsible for expired or previously used codes from third-party providers.
7. Agent Program
Agents are independent resellers. CodeBoost is not liable for any agreements made between agents and their customers outside the platform. Agent registration fees are non-refundable. Agent accounts may be suspended for violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent activity.
8. Marketplace
The CodeBoost Marketplace facilitates peer-to-peer account transactions. CodeBoost uses an escrow system to protect buyers. Sellers must deliver accurate account credentials. Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of purchase. CodeBoost's decision in disputes is final.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: use the platform for any illegal purpose; use automated bots to place orders; resell services at prices that misrepresent their origin; attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform; use the platform to harm or defraud other users.
10. Limitation of Liability
CodeBoost provides services "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or SMS.
